AOP101 Privacy & Data Protocol

At AOP101, protecting the designer's intellectual property is our highest priority. We recognise that the gap between digital creation and physical production is the most vulnerable phase for creative assets.

The audit engine does not upload, store or transmit your design files. All checks run locally in your browser using the File API. When you close the page, the file is gone from our tool.

• ›Free trial: the email you enter and your remaining credits are saved only in your own browser (local storage). We do not receive them. Logging out deletes them.
• ›Contact form: your name, email and message are sent to us through Formspree (formspree.io), a form service based in the United States, so we can reply to you.
• ›Fonts: the fonts are served from our own website. No font service receives your IP address.
• ›We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Audit reports are created in your browser and are not stored by us. If you download a PDF report, it is saved only on your device. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer your enquiry.

We do not sell or trade your data.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email ikm@aop101.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
